So Sentimental

Hey there stampers!  Tonight I have another fun neutrals card to share!  It features the So Sentimental Stamp set and coordinating Stitched So Sweetly Dies as well as the Well Written Dies.  I'm not really sure why I've not played with the non word images in the Well Written Dies before but they are so fun!

Once again I've used the stencil I created out of a Window Sheet and the circle image from the Truck Dies to create a fun polka dot background.

Using the Ornate Layers Dies- I created a decorative border to go along the edges of the polka dot layer.  The flowers were cut from So Saffron Card Stock- distressed and then adhered to the leaf image using Glue Dots.  The center of each flower was then capped with a Rhinestone Basic Jewel.
I dissected an 18" piece of metallic thread from the Forevery Greenery Trim Combo Pack to add a little interest behind the sentiment.

Hello Friend

Hello friends!  Are you ready to see another fabulous sneak peek?  The card I created tonight shows 2 sneak peeks!  The first one is from the Blossoms In Bloom Stamp Set and it's the Hello sentiment.  Here I've paired it up with the word "friend" from the Well Written Dies.

The second sneak peek are the Vellum die cuts.  They were cut out using the Birds & More Dies.  I LOVE that leafy image!  It's so pretty!
As you can see on the card- I first dry embossed the leafy image onto the Crumb Cake layer.  Then I layered 2 leafy Vellum die cuts over the top of the embossed image with only bits and pieces of the embossed image showing through.

The Hello sentiment was stamped multiple times at full strength Crumb Cake Ink as well as stamped off shades.  The splatter marks were created using an Early Espresso Stampin' Write Marker.  Cute eh?

Monday Montage #165

Hello and welcome back for another Monday Montage Blog Hop!  Are you ready to see all our fabulous projects this week?

My project today was created using a brand new suite of products.  The suite itself is called World of Good.

This fabulous suite contains lots of amazing products!  The Old World Paper 3D Embossing Folder is one of them and it was used on my card below.  It's difficult to see exactly what it looks like as I used it on the map from the World of Good Specialty DSP.

The card base is a new 2020-2022 In Color called Cinnamon Cider.  It reminds me of saddle brown color.  The globe was cut from a piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper using the World Map Dies.  The land images were watercolored in Early Espresso Ink with an Aqua Painter.  The rest of the globe was watercolored using Crumb Cake Ink.

The fabulous ribbon is Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim and it is amazing.  It actually feels like suede!  I used a fun new ribbon slide and antique corners from the Antiqued Corners & Slides embellishments.  The Enamel Dots are the 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots and they are so pretty!

I hope you have enjoyed my project!

#tgifc265 Travel

Hi friends!  Today I'm playing along with my friends over at TGIF Challenges.  We are featuring cards with the theme of Travel.

My card features the Up In The Clouds Stamp Set and coordinating Hot Air Balloon Punch.

I created this card by watercoloring  just a strip on the top layer in Balmy Blue.  I then stamped and punched out 2 hot air balloons/baskets and adhered them using Stampin' Dimensionals.  The sentiment was stamped directly onto the card front.  Super easy!

Forever Fern

HI there!  The weather here in Michigan has been really rainy the past week so I've had plenty of time to play around in my studio.  I've sorted out all of my retiring product and am ready to bring in the new!  As a demonstrator we are allowed to purchase products during a preorder period.  I've been showcasing them over the past few days and tonight I have another sneak peek for you!

This stamp set is called Forever Fern and the images are amazing!  It's difficult to see in the pictures but the stamped images look very realistic in person.  This stamp set is filled with a variety of greenery as well as 4 lovely sentiments.

For my card- I've used Garden Green, Shaded Spruce, Pear Pizzazz and Soft Sea Foam.  The hello sentient was stamped in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed using the White Stampin' Emboss Powder and the Heat Tool.  I chose to stamp it on Pretty Peacock  Card Stock and cut it into a little banner.

There's a new ribbon sneak peek!  It's a metallic gold trim and it is beautiful!  It ties into a bow shape very nicely!

Still don't have your copy of the upcoming 2020-2021 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog?  Send me a message and I'll send one to you!

Blossoms in Bloom

Hello stampin' friends!  Tonight I'm sharing 3 cards created using a new stamp set called Blossoms in Bloom and the coordinating Many Layered Blossoms Dies.  This set is absolutely gorgeous!  Lots of beautiful flowers and super cute sentiments!

I've said it a ton of times- black/white cards with a splash of color are my favorite.  I knew immediately what I wanted to create from the first moment I laid eyes on this set.

The Happy Birthday card was the first one I created with this set.  I began by stamping the image in Daffodil Delight ink and then I cut out the coordinating floral overlay out of Basic Black Card Stock and adhered it over the top of the flowers.
The same process was followed for all 3 cards.

This variation features Coastal Cabana flowers.  I love stamping flowers in different colors!  So pretty!

And then there was Melon bright and fun!

Each card was embellished using coordinating ribbons and Clear Epoxy Droplets.
Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you have enjoyed another sneak peek!

Tasteful Touches Sneak Peek #3

Hello there!  Tonight I'm back with another card created with the Tasteful Touches Stamp Set.  I love this set!  It has so many great images!  My card this time around is featuring the feather image.   There's not a die that cuts the feather out but as you can see from my picture- it's pretty simple to fussy cut.

This card was pretty simple to create.  I began by watercoloring stripes onto a piece of Shimmer White Card Stock using Smoky Slate Ink and an Aqua Painter.
Next I used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the brand new Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder to create a Calypso Coral layer.  See that new Shimmery White shape?  That was cut using the Tasteful Labels Dies.

I stamped the feather in Calypso Coral Ink onto a piece of Shimmer White Card Stock.  The first time was full strength.  The second was stamped off once.  The third time it was stamped off twice.  I then fussy cut each feather out.  I used the VersaMark Reinker to add splotches of ink along the outer edges of two feathers and then heat embossed using the Heat Tool and Silver Stampin' Emboss Powder.
