Stampin' UP! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop- Display Stamper Day 1

Hello there!  Welcome to the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Display Stamper blog hop.  I'm so happy you've joined us!  As we are sharing our beautiful Display Stamper projects from all around the world- please be sure to download Google Translate so you don't miss out on any of the fabulous details!

I have a set of 3 projects to share today.  They all feature a gorgeous new Designer Series Paper!  I absolutely LOVE this new DSP and I know you will too!  It's called Bundle of Love Specialty DSP.  It's a thicker DSP with gold foil designs on one side and and either Blushing Bride/Very Vanilla or Soft Sky/Very Vanilla on the other side.

I'm not sure about you- but I like my gift bags to be sturdy and this DSP does the trick!
I knew once I felt the thickness of this new paper that it would be perfect for creating gift bags or boxes.

Here is a close up of the embellishment on the gift bag.  It was created by using a watercolor wash of Powder Pink, Berry Burst and Old Olive.  These new In-Colors are absolutely GORGEOUS!

To keep in the same Blushing Bride/Very Vanilla/Gold theme- I made a coordinating card that also contains the same colors/embellishments as the gift bag.  This card makes my heart happy ❤.  It's so pretty...

The embellishment on the card was created using a watercolor wash of Powder Pink, Berry Burst and Old Olive.  I chose to use the Birthday Blooms stamp set for these projects because the flowers from the set are so beautiful.  Especially when watercolored!

My final project for today is a tiny 2" x 2" Clear Treat Box.  This box was decorated with a belly band and a set of two bows created using the Bow Builder Punch.  As the box is already premade- these are super fast to create.

Once again- I have used the Birthday Blooms stamp set to create the embellishment.  I stamped onto Shimmer White card stock, watercolored the image and after it dried I colored it again using Clear Wink of Stella.

I hope you have enjoyed my projects for today!  Be sure to check back tomorrow for more beautiful Display Stamper samples!

An Easter Treat

Hello there!  Can  you believe it's already time for the Stampin' UP! retired list?  Boy- that time sure did FLY by!  CLICK HERE to download a PDF copy of the list.  Be sure if you see something that you want to order it ASAP!  Otherwise you  might miss out!

Sadly- one of my favorite stamp sets/coordinating framelits did not make it to the Annual Catalog.
Fortunately I still have a little while longer to enjoy it!

These adorable little Easter treats are so quick and easy to create!  My toppers measure 1-1/4" x 1-3/4" (they measure 1-3/4" x 2-1/2" before being folded in half).  I decorated them with Emerald Envy grass, a Pumpkin Pie carrot and an adorable Whisper White bunny!  These are the perfect size for co-worker or classroom treats.  I will be using mine for place settings at Easter dinner.

Thanks for stopping by!

Monday Montage #90

Hello there and welcome back for the bi-weekly Monday Montage blog hop. I'm so happy you joined us!  Be sure to visit all 10 stops to see what other amazing designers have created to share with you.

Have you finished buying your wish list from the Occasions Catalog and from Sale-a-bration?  If not- there's still time!  Sale-a-bration ends on March 31st- all items in the Sale-a-bration catalog are on a while supplies last basis.  If there is something that you are wanting- don't wait to order or you might just miss it!

One of the items from my wishlist was the gorgeous Moon Baby stamp set.  Now- I don't know anyone who is expecting so I really didn't have a reason to get this set.  But come on- how could I not?  The moon baby image is totally adorable and oh so sweet!  I *had* to have it!

This sweet card was created using Dapper Denim card base with a coordinating piece of Dapper Denim DSP from the 2017-2018 In Color DSP stack.  The image was stamped in Basic Black Archival Ink onto a piece of Shimmery White card stock.  I then watercolored the images in Dapper Denim, Daffodil Delight and Pink Pirouette.

No card can truly be complete without a little stamping on the inside.  (Ok...so that's not always true as I don't always stamp the inside of my cards but for THIS card- it's true!)

I just love the sentiments!  Too cute!

Remember- it's not too late to fill your Sale-A-Bration wishlist!  Click the SHOP WITH ME button on the right side bar to visit my store!

Stampin' UP! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop- Basket Bunch

Hey there!  Welcome back to another Stampin' UP! Artisan Design Team Blog hop!  If you are hopping with us today then you may have arrived here from the fabulous Cathy Caines.  Isn't she amazing? As we are a group of 20 demonstrators from around the world- our blogs are written in many different languages.  Please be sure to use Google Translate so that you can follow along in your language.  You don't wanna miss out on any of the fabulous details!

For our hop we could choose to feature either the Dragonfly Dreams or Basket Bunch stamp sets.  I chose to use the Basket Bunch and coordinating Basket Builder framelits.  This stamp set is so FUN!  There are many elements that are perfect for the Easter holiday but several of the elements can be used for other occasions as well.  For that reason- this set is definitely a MUST HAVE.

The card pictured below may "look" like an easter card but it's not!  It's a thank you card which is the perfect way to say thanks for the Easter treats.  I couldn't resist using the "chocolate" bunny.  He's just way too cute!

See that bow on the side of the basket?  I stamped several bows onto Pink Pirouette card stock using Flirty Flamingo ink and then cut them out using the coordinating Basket Builder Framelits.  Next I adhered them together in the center with glue dots and then pulled the sides up to make it 3 dimensional.  Super cute!

...and now moving along to my favorite...

Oh em gee.  There's some serious cuteness right there!  This basket was designed to hold 2 miniature Reese peanut butter cups. I stacked 2 miniature Reese peanut butter cups together then inserted them into a 2" x 8" Cellophane Bag.  I then trimmed the bag to size and tied it off with some gorgeous Blushing Bride Baker's Twine.  These are seriously the perfect classroom treat!
They are beyond adorable!

I hope you have enjoyed my projects for today!  If you're ready to head on to the amazingly talented Holly Stene then be sure to click the button below!

Monday Montage #89

Hello there and welcome back for the bi-weekly Monday Montage blog hop. I'm so happy you joined us!  Be sure to visit all 10 stops to see what other amazing designers have created to share with you.

Today I decided to pull out an oldie but a goodie!  The Sunshine Sayings stamp set and coordinating Sunshine Wishes thinlits dies is such a fun set!  There are several sentiments to choose from in addition to a heart and a flower shape.  For my card I used the word Sunshine to highlight my sun that was created using the Sunburst thinlits die.

As you can see from the picture above- After I cut out the Sunburst image- I cropped it using the largest circle in the Layering Circles Collection framelits.  I also inked half of the word sunshine in VersaMark and heat embossed it with Silver Stampin' Emboss Powder.

I love to pair bold and bright colors!  The Real Red dots from the Brights Collection Enamel Shapes were the perfect finishing touch!  I hope you have enjoyed my card tonight!  Please be sure to check out what the other fabulous designers have created to share with you!
