Friday Bonus!

Good evening!
Thank you for checking back in tonight!  I'm posting a little later than I had hoped to as today I ended up taking my daughter to the Apple Store to buy a new computer.  So needless to say- I spent the majority of my day in Ann Arbor shopping.  I'm not complaining because I LOVE the Apple Store!  I could totally spend hours upon end in that place!  Not to mention the fact that I could very easily go broke there as well!

The card I made to share tonight, is so simple and very plain but I LOVE it!  I love the black, red, white combinations.  Actually- I love any solid color along with black and white.  Such an elegant look!

Card Ingredients:
Card Stock:  Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink:  Versamark, Cherry Cobbler
Stamp Set:  Forever Young, Tiny Tags
Embellishments:  1/2" Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon, Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine
Tools:  Paper Trimmer, Paper Snips, SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals, Paper Piercing Tool, Black Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Embossing Buddy, Jewelry Tag Punch

Enjoy the rest of the evening and I'll be back again tomorrow!

It's Friday!!!!

YAY!  It's Friday and I'm doing a happy dance!   I'm looking forward to the weekend because Saturday I will be busy stampin' and on Sunday- I'll be watching football with some great friends!  There will also be limited interruptions as I won't have to play taxi.  I don't mind taking my son to school and back but I gotta admit- it gets old fast!

The card I'm sharing today is the 3rd card I created from the Four Seasons stamp set.  I have one more card from this stamp set to share.  Then I'll be done!  I promise!

Card Ingredients:
Card Stock:  Elegant Eggplant, Melon Mambo, River Rock, Very Vanilla
Stamp Set:  Four Seasons, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Tools:  Paper Trimmer, Paper Snips, SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals, 1" Circle Punch, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch

Thanks for visiting my blog today!  Please check back this evening as I have another card to share (it's NOT from the Four Seasons set!)  Have a fabulous day!

Four Seasons

Why does it seem like the week flys by right after a holiday?  I can't believe it's Thursday already!  Hopefully everyone survived the NFL season opener last night!  I know my hubby is thrilled that it's football season!  For the next 4 months it will be football crazy in my home.  Which means that every Sunday- I am free to stamp!  Please feel free to join me!  I will be hosting several Sunday events!

The card I'm sharing today is a CASE from page 202 in the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.  I have been creating cards with the Four Seasons Stamp set and I figured I'd try to make a card like the one in the catalog.  Here is mine:

I didn't have the greeting stamp that was used on the card in the Annual Catalog so I substituted one from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set instead.  The more I play with this set- the more I love it!  It's so cute and FUN!

Card Ingredients:
Card Stock:  Whisper White, Island Indigo, Riding Hood Red
Stamp Set:  Four Seasons, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Inks:  Versamark, Riding Hood Red, Island Indigo, Pool Party (used to color around snowflakes with blender pen)

Tools: Paper Trimmer, Paper Snips, SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals, Modern Label Punch, 2 1/2" Circle Punch, 1" Circle Punch, Silver Embossing Powder, 2-way Glue Pen, Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter, Blender Pen

Happy Wednesday!

Good Morning!
Last night I decided to play with the Four Seasons Hostess Stamp set that is in the 2012-2013 Annual Catalog.  I came up with a card that uses colors that I am not comfortable using.  I'm not a fan of the color purple (or any shade of it really) but I decided that I can't always create cards using only the colors that I like.  I think it came out pretty cute!

Card Ingredients:
Card Stock:  Rich Razzleberry, Lucky Limeade, Whisper White
DSP:  Floral District
Stamp Set:  Four Seasons
Inks:  Rich Razzleberry
Embellishments:  3/8" Ruffled Ribbon (Lucky Limeade)
Tools:  Paper Trimmer, Paper Snips, SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals, Stamp-a-ma-jig, 2 1/2" Circle Punch, Delicate Doilies Sizzlets L, Big Shot, Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Embossing Buddy

Keep checking back as I will be posting the other 3 cards that I made using the Four Seasons Stamp set.  Enjoy your day!
