....and there's more. Sneak peeks that is!

Remember yesterday when I said that you'd have to check back to see some more of the beautiful sneak peek items I've created using the new Holiday Catalog pre-order?  Well you're in luck!  Tonight I have another one to share with you!

This one is almost identical to the square pillow box that I created yesterday however this one was created using the Gift Bag Punch Board.  I am not the original creator of this fabulous hexagon box.  I found the tutorial on Erica Cerwin's blog.  Thanks for sharing your tutorial Erica!

The picture above shows the side view of the hexagon box.  The box itself is a pretty decent size.  It will be perfect to hold various types of small gifts.  Jewelry, candy, chapstick, etc...The top is held closed with a belly band.

For the poinsettia embellishment- I used the new Festive Flower Builder punch and then created a tag.  Isn't it gorgeous?  I'm telling ya- I could play with the sheet music DSP and the Festive Flower Builder punch all day!  There are so many possibilities with these new products!  I can't wait for you to get your hands on them!

This is a close up of the poinsettia embellishment/tag.  What do you think?  Do you like it?
Thanks for stopping by!

I have a confession....

Hello there!  I have a confession to make.  I'm a stamp-a-holic.  I received my Holiday Catalog preorder today (yes- I overnighted my order) and I've been playing all. day. long.  So much for housework and other chores that needed to be done after work!  There's always tomorrow, right?

The first two projects I'm sharing were CASED directly from the Holiday Catalog.  Both of these projects really stood out to me when I was browsing the catalog and I knew my customers would want to make both.  I thought why not get a head start on my Christmas displays and samples! The first one was created with a new stamp set called Embellished Ornaments.  Every year I'm a sucker for holiday ornaments.  I love them and can never get enough of them!

I love the soft Crumb Cake watercolor background.  It's subtle but if you look real close- you'll see it's there!  The ornament was stamped with Pacific Point ink and then spritzed with water before being stamped onto Watercolor paper.  Thankfully this beautiful stamp has a coordinating thinlit to help cut it out!

My next project is probably my most favorite.  There's just something magical about sheet music, beautiful red flowers and golden accents.

This gorgeous pillow box was created using the new Square Pillow Box Thinlits die, DSP from the Home for Christmas suite, and the new Festive Flower Builder punch.  Trust me when I say that you will want it ALL!  Every. single. item.  The poinsettia leaves were stamped using the new Reason for the Season photopolymer stamp set.

As for my other creations- you'll have to stop back another day to see those!    Don't have YOUR copy of the new Holiday Catalog?  Send me an EMAIL and I'm happy to get one in the mail to you!
Have a wonderful evening and thanks for stopping by!

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!!!

Good evening!  While I was away at the Inspire Create Share 2015 Stampin' Up! Convention last week I had the opportunity not only to see all of the amazing brand new products but to play with them as well!  One of the highlights of my trip was the Product Spotlight which was in a classroom hidden all the way in the back of the Salt Palace.  In this class- we learned some more about the Home for Christmas product suite AND we got to make this adorable little Santa tag.

The make and take could either be mounted on a card to create a lovely Christmas card or it could be used as a tag.  I think it's the perfect gift bag tag!  What's in my little gift bag you ask?  It is filled with some Holiday themed note cards. I'm not sharing them yet as this is just a teeny tiny little sneak peek! This little gift is SUPER adorable and I can't wait to share the rest of the products in this suite (as well as the Holiday Catalog) with you all!
I hope you've enjoyed this little sneak peek!  Want a Holiday Catalog of your own?  Send me an email and I'm happy to mail you one just as soon as they are available!

Monday Montage #48

Hello there and welcome back for the bi-weekly Monday Montage blog hop.  I'm so happy you've joined us!  If I am your first stop on the hop- great!  If not- please use the links provided at the bottom of this post to navigate back to Cathy Casey or next to Dara Gloden.  I know both have fabulous projects to share with you!

As many of you know- I've been at the Stampin' Up! Convention in Salt Lake City for the past few days.  This is by far one of my favorite events.  I love that I get to be with others who are just as crazy about paper crafting as me!  While in Salt Lake City- I had the great fortune of touring the home office, swapping cards, attending a team meeting, learning LOTS of new things, and saw some simply gorgeous new products.  But most of all- my favorite thing to do at Convention is create new friendships.  This year was no exception!  I met a LOT of wonderful new friends and I'm sad that Convention has now come to an end.
I am finally home after a long day of  travel. My project for tonight is the beautiful swap card that I created to share with my fellow Monday Montage blog hop friends.  I hope they enjoyed receiving it as much as I enjoyed creating it!

Thanks for stopping by!

Monday Montage #47

Hello there and welcome back for the bi-weekly Monday Montage blog hop.  I'm so happy you've joined us!  If I am your first stop on the hop- great!  If not- please use the links provided at the bottom of this post to navigate back to Cathy Casey or next to Dara Gloden.  I know both have fabulous projects to share with you!

My project tonight was created using a tutorial from my upline- Becky Roberts.  These adorable little shoes are just the cutest!  They are super easy to create and make a great decoration!  I'm thinking at Christmas time- these would be the cutest baby's first Christmas Ornament! (decorated in a Christmas theme of course)

My little baby shoes were created using my favorite DSP- Timeless Elegance.  I love the soft vintage look of the DSP.  It's simply gorgeous!  The beautiful flowers were created using the Cherry on Top Cotton Paper and the Floral Frames/Flower Fair framelits.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful evening!
