Monday Montage #129

Hello there stampin' friends!  Welcome back to another edition of Monday Montage.

Tonight I'm sharing another Christmas card that I'll be sending my friends and family.  I love Buffalo Check and it is amazing at Christmas time so it's only fitting that this card also be created with the Buffalo Check Stamp Set.

The Detailed Deer Thinlits dies were used to create the deer image.  The Seasonal Wreath Dynamic Impressions Embossing Folder was used to add some dimension to the background.  The word Merry comes from the Festive Farmhouse Elements and pairs nicely with the Merry Christmas to All Stamp Set (which is where the Christmas sentiment is from).

Creation Station: Celebrate the Season

Hey there stampin' friends!  Today I am hopping with the amazing Creation Station Design Team.    I'm so happy to join this team of amazing demonstrators and I can't wait to see what everyone else has to share!

Our projects today share how we Celebrate the Season.  My project is an adorable snow globe that was inspired by Mindy Backes.  Last month she shared a super cute snow globe for the Fancy Friday Blog Hop and I figured I'd try my hand at making one.  First- I must apologize for the pictures.  I'm not really sure how to get a "good" picture of a snow globe but I have tried my best.

Please ignore the glare from my light.  Unfortunately I couldn't get a picture without it.  The snow globe measures approximately 5" tall and as you can see- is really cute.  To create the globe- I punched (what seemed like a ton) of springs using the Sprig Punch.  The card stock I chose to use was the Shaded Spruce.  I also wanted my tree to sport some bling so I used the Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper (also in Shaded Spruce).

The tree itself measures just a little over 3" tall.  It's not very big but it sure is adorable!

Since I had been preparing for a Craft Show (Christmas in Ida) I thought it only fitting that I create several of these gorgeous globes to sell at my booth.  I only created 12 total so they are very limited!

I hope you have enjoyed my project for today.  Please click the next button below to see what my friend Andrea has created to share.
