Monday Montage #154

Hello and welcome back for another Monday Montage Blog Hop!  Are you ready to see all our fabulous projects this week?

My project may be super simple but I wanted to show just how easy it is to create a wonderful Christmas Card with just a few supplies!

To create my card- I simply stamped the striped image from the Tiny Keepsakes Stamp Set in Real Red ink and onto the center of my card layer.  I then stamped the Believe sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink directly below.  A Linen Thread Bow holding a Gold Jingle Bell adds the finishing touch!

Creation Station Put a Ring on It

Good morning stampin' friends!  Today I'm hopping along with the lovely Creation Station Design Team.  Please follow along on our hop to see what gorgeous projects we have to share with you!

Our theme this month is SO fun!  It's "Put a Ring on It".  We are making our projects shine by using belly bands!  I must admit that I don't make belly bands nearly as much as I should!  I mean- just look how cute they can be!

To create this project- I began by using a Kraft Pillow Box.  I then created a 2" x 8-1/2"  band that went around the center of the box.  Using the Layering Squares Dies I created the background for the snowman.  The snowman himself was punched from a piece of Let it Snow Specialty DSP.  The snowman's adorable hat/scarf were added from the Let It Snow Embellishment Kit.

I then cut several pine boughs from the Beautiful Boughs Dies and Vellum.  They were carefully layered behind the snowman to add texture and dimension.  The Happy Christmas sentiment was stamped in Real Red ink (from the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set).  The snowman layer was then added on top of a 1" Real Red Ruched Ribbon band and secured to the pillow box using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Don't you just love how sparkly the snowman is?  I simply punched him from the Let It Snow Specialty DSP using the Snowman Builder Punch.

Next up on this amazing hop is the amazing Julie Beltramo.  Hit the next button to check out her fabulous project!  Thanks for stopping by!
