Welcome!
Thanks for stopping by! Tonight I have another Christmas card to share. It's the exact same color scheme as my card from the Monday Montage: Peace & Joy card from last night. Isn't it pretty?
As I said yesterday- I absolutely LOVE the All is Calm Specialty DSP. Especially the piece in the background on the card above. It is simply gorgeous! I wanted to try out my new Star Framelits tonight and I'm sure glad I did! Love this card!
I'm also really loving the Good Greetings stamp set that is available exclusively to hosts/hostesses who have a $300 workshop (or a $300 order). Interested in getting one of your own? Send me an email and I'm happy to help!

Monday Montage 28: Peace & Joy
Hello there and welcome back for the bi-weekly Monday Montage blog hop. You should have arrived here from the amazing Cathy Casey's blog. If not and I'm your first stop- no worries! Simply use the back/next buttons at the bottom of this post to navigate your way around the hop.
Tonight I have a Christmas card. I know- it's WAY to early to be thinking about Christmas. Or at least it is for me! But still- here I am making Christmas cards!
When I first saw the Tree Punch in the new Holiday Catalog- I fell in love. There's just something about Christmas trees that I absolutely adore and with the new Tree Punch- the options are endless! There's even a coordinating stamp set called Festival of Trees. Such beautiful combinations!
For this card- I wanted to keep it fairly simple so I only used the Tree Punch. I think my favorite element on the card is the layer of DSP. It's from the All is Calm Specialty DSP and that pattern in particular- is worth stocking up on!
Thanks for stopping by! Hopefully I'm not your last stop and that you'll click the next button to head on over to see what the wonderful Dara Gloden has to share.

#hello
#hello!
Do you love office supplies as much as I do? I knew when I saw the brand new Spiral Border punch in the 2014-2015 Annual catalog that I just *had* to buy it. It screamed office supplies to me. Now I know it's not "technically" an office supply but it sure does make some cute notepad paper! The DSP on this card is from the Typeset Specialty DSP and it's a perfect match for the Spiral Border punch. Together they make the perfect sheet of tablet paper!
For this card- I wanted to add some texture to the DSP but didn't want to emboss it. After using the Spiral Border punch- I wadded the paper up into a ball then opened it back up again. I did this a few times to break down the fibers in the DSP. Then all that was left to do was "junk" it up a bit! Using a Sponge Dauber in Crumb Cake ink- I lightly went over the edges and made a quick pass over the wrinkles to make the DSP look a little dirty. Do you see one of my favorite elements from the Kinda Eclectic stamp set? That's right! It's the fabulous polka dot border stamp! That was inked with Coastal Cabana ink, stamped onto scrap paper and then immediately stamped again onto the DSP. Lastly- I embellished the card with a series of circles and a tiny heart die cut from a sheet of the Typeset Specialty DSP that looked like it was ripped right out of a dictionary. Sprinkled on a few 2013-2015 In Color Sequins and added a little Coastal Cabana Baker's Twine and viola!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope that you enjoyed my project for the day!
Happy Stampin'!

Kinda Eclectic
Hello there!
Have you ever looked at a stamp set you ordered and thought "what the heck am I going to do with this"? That was the first thought that came into my mind when I opened my order and found the Kinda Eclectic stamp set. At first- I wasn't sure exactly why I ordered it as it wasn't really my style and now I'm thinking how did I ever live without it! It's totally my style!

This stamp set is beyond awesome! I absolutely LOVE everything about it. Especially the super fabulous polka dot stamp. It has little words on it! Now granted half the words are missing so it doesn't really say much but I totally love the look! Everyone NEEDS this set! If you currently own both Butterfly punches- this set coordinates perfectly with those as well!
Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Stampin'!

I'm dreaming of a...
White Christmas....
Hello! Have you enjoyed your weekend as much as I have? It was super busy and seemed really short but it was filled with tons of productivity! Everything from cooking, cleaning, working out at the gym and even stamping! I created a beautiful card using the watercolor technique. I wasn't sure if I liked it at first as the watercolor is really subtle but it's growing on me. I didn't want to make the sky seem too bold and bright as the card is meant for a holiday during the winter season. Sometimes I think less is more!

Tee hee hee
Do you recognize this card? Unfortunately I can't take credit for it as it's not my original idea. It can actually be found on page 47 of the Holiday Mini from Stampin' Up! I CASED the card because I thought it was absolutely adorable!
If you look in the Mini- you'll see that mine is just a smidgen different. For starters- mine only has a watercolor card stock layer as opposed to the entire card. I adhered my layer to a Basic Black card base. Yes- this makes writing a greeting inside the card a bit tricky but since I planned to decorate the inside of my card anyway- it wasn't an issue. I cut the hat, tights, dress and one shoe out of Very Vanilla card stock and adhered them to the "clothes" line using a stamped clothespin and a Stampin' Dimensional.
Super easy and way too cute!
Do you have your copy of the new Holiday Mini? If not- let me know and I'll drop one in the mail! Interested in placing an order? Head on over to my STORE and click on shop!

A little pumpkin...
Hello there!
Thanks for stopping by! Today I have a super cute little treat box to share with you! It was created using the brand new Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlits Die from the Holiday Mini. This lil' pumpkin was ridiculously easy to make!
First- I cut two of the box shapes from the Curvy Keepsake Box Die, adhered them together and then used the straight lines image from Gorgeous Grunge stamp set to add some decoration. Once fully assembled- I then used the medium sized leaf image from the Fall Fest stamp set to create 2 leaves for the top. A 1/8" strip of Old Olive card stock was used to create a small coil. The little pumpkin wasn't complete until I added a tiny Linen Thread bow and a Linen Thread coil.
How perfect for a little classroom treat! At less than 5 minutes to create- these will easily be a go to favorite for me! I'm thinking these would also be adorable to use as place cards at Thanksgiving. Fill with some Autumn Harvest mix, add a name and it's good to go!
