Monday Montage #172: Magic In This Night

Hey there stampers! It's Monday and that means it's time for another Monday Montage Blog Hop!

I can tell that summer is winding down.  Schools are opening, the weather is changing and it's getting dark sooner.  This can only mean one thing.  It's time to prepare for Halloween!

Halloween is my favorite holiday!  I love everything about it!  The colors, spooky treats, the decor- everything!
It's such a fun time of the year!  So far I've been creating a ton of fun Halloween cards.  This card was created using Hallows Night Magic Stamp Set and coordinating Magic In This Night DSP.

This DSP may be some of my very favorite...like ever.  It's gorgeous.  I've used two of my favorite prints from the DSP- the white with black flowers/splatter and the black argyle print.  The bats were stamped in VersaMark ink and heat embossed using White Stampin' Emboss Powder and the Heat Tool.  Look how intricate they are!  It's a little difficult to see in the pictures but they are amazing!

For this card- I wanted to do something a little different- so I created an Oct 31 sentiment using the Playful Alphabet Dies.  It was the perfect compliment to the main sentiment "There Is Magic In This Night".  The Cajun Craze color makes the Oct 31 stand out from the Pretty Peacock label.
Did you notice the 1-1/2" Metallic Mesh Ribbon?  It sits just below the sentiment.  The Iridescent Pearls add the finishing touch!

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great evening!  Please be sure to click the links below to navigate throughout the hop!  My fellow Monday Montager's have some amazing projects to share!
